How do great entrepreneurs emerge from ordinary lives?

It’s quite simple; great leaders are those who can respond to their own needs and the needs of others from the higher level of simply being themselves.  And as they continuously unfold their own potential for greatness, they also unfold the same potential in others.

No one can deny the simple truth that great entrepreneurs are also great people. They exist to give of themselves, and you can really give only from what you have. And when others sense that you are willing to give to yourself, your influence as an entrepreneur will expand tremendously.  Once ordinary people like Reese Fernandez Ruiz of R2R and Mark Ruiz and Bam Aquino of Hapinoy have become an inspiration to many in their journey as entrepreneurs.  You don’t have to look far to see actual people tap their hidden strength.

Live your dream
Align your life with your biggest dreams.  Where these meet is where you, the entrepreneur, live and learn. Quoting a Zen master: “Great faith, great doubt, great effort.” This, therefore, demands self-knowledge.

You’ll find that when you make such a commitment, your life doesn’t change quantitatively; it changes qualitatively. Instead of doing more of what you’ve done in the past, you do fewer things that are more focused on what is right for you as a channel to achieve your dream.

When you think the highest of yourself and start believing in your own potential, you begin to realize a life that wouldn’t be possible otherwise. You will eventually stop living a life of automatic pilot and begin making choices on the basis of what is important to you.  This is your life as an entrepreneur.
